4.1  Prior to execution of this Agreement, Sarah Mitchell and James Chen have each provided the other with a full, fair, and complete disclosure of all assets, liabilities, income, and financial obligations, attached hereto as Exhibit A (Sarah Mitchell) and Exhibit B (James Chen). 4.2  Each party represents under penalty of perjury that said disclosures are accurate and complete as of the date of execution, and that no material asset, debt, or source of income has been omitted or undervalued. 4.3  Both parties acknowledge receipt and review of the other’s disclosure and have had a reasonable opportunity to obtain independent verification.
